Instant Karma

We at Instant Karma believe that massage and relaxation are one of the very few ‘natural’ remedies to the world we live in today.  How we achieve this can vary, but one thing for sure is that we all need to find our own Karma.  There is so much emphasis on what we should have, what we should do, how we should think and who we should be that all of these 'instructions' for living can over-ride our God-given right to be in touch with our inner being.   This is the person who’s shoulder we cry on when there’s no one else around who’ll listen, or the person we chastise for not getting what we want from life and this is the person who is always there taking the strain for no apparent gain.

We really feel that this inner being is in need of attention and spiritual cleansing.  
Just like the body attracts a myriad of toxins that massage can and does expel, so does our mind and soul mirror the same attraction to negativity, stress, injury, depression and/or anxiety.

At Instant Karma, it is our mission and goal to strive towards the feelings of Instant Karma.  We believe in this philosophy and it comes through in our delivery of treatments and service.

Finding true relaxation and inner peace through massage not only expels physical toxins, but is unique in that being in a state of flow (true Karma) really does purge the mind and soul of unwanted and unwelcome entities and can be an 'instant fix'.  What else can do this?
