What parts of the Gold Coast do you cover?
We provide massage and beauty treatments from Ormeau to Tweed Heads.
Depending on how long the treatments are for and how many therapists you require, there may be a travel surcharge.

 

What is your policy on adult services?
Instant Karma takes the philosophies of relaxation and rejuvenation very seriously and therefore is adamant that such services will never under any circumstances be undertaken. Not only would we find it offensive to put our therapists in this situation, we would also end the therapy session immediately with no refund. Any persons attempting to acquire adult services from Instant Karma will be blacklisted amongst the massage practitioners fraternity of the Gold Coast.


How do I book and pay?
The easiest way is to phone our contact number and speak to one of the team. Bookings and payments can be made simply over the phone. Alternatively if theres no time issues a simply submit your request through our enquiry form and we will promptly respond to you. We do prefer visa or direct deposit when you book by phone and if a cash payment is your preferred payment method, then a credit/debit card deposit is still required to hold the booking. If a cash payment is made, then the therapy MUST be paid for at the beginning of the therapy session. For more information see our cancellation policy below.


What are your prices?

When are you available?
Potentially seven days a week.

 

How much notice do you need?
The more notice we have the more chance we have of booking the most suitable therapists for your treatments.

 

What is your cancellation policy?
Payment can be made by credit card, cheque, direct deposit or cash. A 25% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and full balance required by the day of the treatment. The balance is not refundable if you cancel within 24 hrs notice of the therapy booking.


What should we do if we need to change the number of guests?
Let us know as soon as possible so that we can change the number of therapists accordingly. Our policy is to be as flexible as we can, however not all therapists are able to extend their appointments at short notice so, if not booked in advance, some of your guests may be disappointed.

 

Can other guests be present even if they do not want treatments?
Yes of course they can. However ,just make sure prior to the appointment that they really do not want any treatments.

 

Do I have to get undressed for massage /beauty treatments?
No this is your treatment. Whilst we prefer you to disrobe for massage treatments (only to a level of undress that you are comfortable with), this is by no means essential.

 

Are the therapists trained/accredited?
Yes. It is a requirement that all our therapists are trained and accredited with whatever treatments they perform.

 

What beauty products do you use?
We value the experience of our therapists and permit they use whichever products they prefer. We do not have any particular products that we push.

 

Can I combine beauty and massage treatments?
Yes of course we can. If you require a massage and manicure or massage and facial then please let us know in advance as not all of our therapists are trained in both beauty and massage.

 

Will you try and sell us anything?
No, definitlely not. The object of your treatments is for relaxation and to be pampered.

 

I don't want to have my hair/make-up affected by the treatment. What do you do to avoid this?
Let us know prior to the treatment and our therapists will take the necessary steps to ensure that this tragedy does not occur.

 

Do you have a policy regarding alcohol?
We advise the consumption of alcohol is kept to a minimum before you receive your massage or beauty treatment. We will not accept bookings if we consider that it is likely that the clients are likely to have drunk too much alcohol to safely receive a treatment.

 

Do you have male and female therapists?
Yes we do depending on who we have available you can request a certain therapist you may have had before.
