A firmer massage concentrating on areas such as neck shoulders back where there is a build up of tight muscles due to everyday work. A heat pack is used to calm aches and pains. Friction movements help invigorate the blood and muscles and will give your body flexibility.  Knots are addressed should the client wish (bearing in mind they may be temporarily sore a day or two later).

Instant Karma Hot Stone Massage

An ancient therapeutic treatment dating back thousands of years where Western and Eastern techniques are fused. Stones smoothed by the riverbeds of time and volcanic origin contain a profusion of minerals that absorb, preserve and liberate heat. This evocative warmth can be intense without burning, and is especially pleasurable whilst at the same time unwinding a world of tension and stress.  These stones are heated and some are placed all over the body and some are used with massaging techniques.  Once tried, never forgotten.

Instant Karma Pregnancy Massage

This massage is a must for pregnant ladies after the first trimester of pregnancy (12 weeks). This is the most significant time of a woman’s life where she needs to feel extra special and cared for.
